Project Overview
True Colours Custom Guitars is a custom guitar company that would hypothetically be located in Windsor, Ontario. Having a physical location in addition to an online presence allows the company to provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere where patrons can come in, sit down, and test out the guitars before making a purchase. The idea is for this to be a place where people can come together through their mutual love of music and creativity. The fact that they focus specifically on custom guitars is intentional as well, as seen by the tagline:
"Your music, your style!"
Logo + Brand Guide
Colour Palette: These colours were chosen due to their warmth as well as the things they often represent. Specifically, purple is associated with creativity while red stands for passion. Furthermore, warm tones like these are viewed as positive and inviting, which is exactly the vibe True Colours strives to provide.
Typography: Brush Script MT, Copperplate Gothic Light.
These fonts are meant to convey ‘creativity’ and ‘uniqueness’ and that’s exactly what the company is striving to offer people.

Concepts and Rationale
To conclude, True Colours Custom Guitars is all about giving its clients creative control over not just their music, but the guitars they use to bring it to life. But more importantly, we want our clients’ experience with us to be positve, inviting, and inspiring!
